Kundaliniyoga is one of the oldest yoga traditions, it comes from the northern India. Kundalini yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960th. There are thousands of different kriyas(yoga programs) and meditations, all with a specific effect on both body and soul. A kriya can be soft and meditative and/or more dynamic – regardless is Kundaliniyoga an effective yoga that suits everybody – you practise your yoga from your personal abilities, it is suitable for people of all ages and physical condition.
